Principals of Engineering Management Inc. have had a working relationship with
Lincoln County for over 25 years. Initial assignments with Lincoln County
included developing a Master Plan, a Capital Improvements Plan, and
applications for grant and loan funding for eight different system expansions. The
Lincoln County system has grown from under 100 customers to over 2000 in the
past ten years.

Planning and design services have included over ten miles of water mains,
development of a deep well supply, and elevated storage facilities. Funding
sources have included three Community Development Block Grants totaling $1.5
million and two USDA Loan and Grant Programs.

Special services provided to Lincoln County have also included procurement of
well drilling services, wellhead protection plans, property and water right
negotiation, and development of a Water System Management Plan.
