The City of Jefferson, Georgia has completed numerous water system improvement programs. This includes a reservoir project, a water treatment facility expansion program to 4.0 MGD, and associated raw and finish water lines.

Principals of Engineering Management, Inc. worked closely with State and local officials in developing permitting for the reservoir, as well as providing preliminary planning for the water treatment plant expansion program. 

Services provided include preliminary planning, engineering, interagency coordination, permitting, assistance in land acquisition, project management and project observation.
