From our inception in 1996, Engineering Management, Inc. (EMI) has become
well known for our hands-on approach to our clients’ development and
infrastructure
challenges.
Our company offers a broad

services in order to fulfill the needs of our clients.
Our office is located in
Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County,
Georgia, which is strategically located within reasonable
travel distance of our clients and projects. EMI has on
staff professional engineers, engineers-in-training,
certified water and wastewater system operators,
environmental scientists, construction observers,
computer-aided drafting technicians, and experienced
administrative personnel, all of whom have our clients’ best interests at
heart.
We are members of, and
actively involved in, the Georgia Rural Water Association, the American
Waterworks Association, Georgia Municipal Association, Association County
Commissioners of Georgia, and other organizations related to our field of
engineering and development.
Our firm specializes in
civil and environmental projects including land development,
environmental/sanitary engineering, water resources engineering,
construction services, water and wastewater treatment plant operations,
GIS and mapping services, and others. We have the ability to aid local
governments in meeting the requirements placed on them by State and
Federal regulations.
