Sidewalk Expansion and Enhancement Project in the City of Hiawassee, Georgia
Approximately 3,380 feet of 5-foot sidewalks with 30” curb and gutters, landscaping and beautification. The project was funded through Georgia Department of Transportation- Transportation Enhance (TE) Grant. Principals were involved in funding procurement, design, permitting, bid phase management, and construction observation services. Total cost of project - $215,000.
Downtown Streetscape Project in the City of Clayton, Georgia
Improvement area encompassed five City blocks for Georgia DOT TE Grant. Principals were involved in preliminary layout, mapping, and funding procurement services. Total cost of project - $700,000.
Downtown Water System Improvements and Sidewalk Replacement in the City of Blairsville, Georgia
Approximately 7,000 feet of 12-inch watermains and 1,000 feet of sidewalk replacement. Principals were involved in preliminary planning, funding procurement, easement acquisition, design, permitting, program management, construction observation, and interagency services.
