WATER and WASTEWATER MASTER PLANS

Engineering Management, Inc. (EMI) is about community service, development, and improvement -- the planning, design, construction, and operation of facilities essential to modern life.

EMI's engineers are problem solvers, meeting the challenges of pollution, traffic congestion, drinking water and energy needs, urban redevelopment, and community planning.

Long-term and short-term planning of water and sewer systems is an essential service that EMI provides its clients. Many municipalities have engaged EMI to develop a Water System Master Plan as a planning and engineering tool to provide a framework for future expansion of the water system and develop orderly expansion with goals.
