City of Clayton, Georgia
EMI assisted the City of Clayton in developing an economic development project. Services included funding procurement for a $1.2 million project with 8,000 linear feet of 10” and 8” water main; 15,000 linear feet of 8” sewer force main, and a quad submersible pumping station with standby power and a SCADA system. As an adjunct to our role with the City of Clayton, other water line extension projects were designed and permitted. Additional activities included development of a Water Conservation Plan, a Watershed Protection Plan, and a Drought Contingency Plan for the City of Clayton. Current assignments with the City include preliminary and feasibility analysis for over 12 miles of water main extension into unincorporated areas targeted for future water service.
